How long does delivery take?
We dispatch on business days. Orders placed before 1pm usually leave the same day, and delivery takes about 2β4 business days after that.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders from R449, so any 3 squishies or The Full Club box ship free. Smaller orders pay R100 shipping, shown in the cart before checkout, never as a surprise.
Will it break if I squeeze it really hard?
They're made to be squished, flattened and squeezed again. Like any soft foam, sharp nails, pets and pulling can tear them, so keep them away from teeth and claws.
What age are they for?
Check the age guidance printed on the packaging. Small minis can be a choking hazard for under-3s, so keep those away from little ones.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Tap βAdd a free gift messageβ on the product page and we'll pop a handwritten-style note in the parcel. No prices go in the box.

What is Squish Protection?
Squish Protection is an optional R30 add-on you can tick in the cart. Wrong, damaged or lost parcel, or your squishy loses its squish within 30 days? We'll send a free replacement or refund you. Without it, wrong or damaged items are handled under our normal returns policy. (see our returns policy)
