Refund policy

Returns (7 days)

Changed your mind? No stress. You've got 7 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unused, unsquished and in their original packaging. Email hello@squishclub.co.za with your order number to start a return. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is for your account. Once we've received and checked the item, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Squish Protection (30 days)

Added Squish Protection (R30) at checkout? Then you're covered for 30 days from delivery if your parcel arrives wrong, damaged or lost, or if a squishy loses its squish. We'll send a free replacement or give your money back, your choice. Just email hello@squishclub.co.za with your order number and a photo.

Faulty or wrong items without protection

If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.

Not returnable

Digital gift cards and Squish Protection itself.
